The Story Behind Your Coach

I’m Alice M. Luna—trauma-informed coach, intuitive healer, empath, and a mom of four incredible kids who are the heart behind everything I do.

But before I ever became a coach, I was just like many of the women I now support—searching for love in places that only deepened my wounds, carrying trauma I didn’t yet have words for, and trying to survive in a world that told me my voice didn’t matter.

I was born and raised in Texas, the daughter of a single mother who did the best she could—but also my first experience with narcissistic abuse. The emotional neglect, manipulation, and cycles of codependency I witnessed shaped me more than I realized. By the time I was a teenager, I had learned to be quiet, agreeable, and always responsible—for everyone but myself.

In my late teens, I entered a long-term relationship that, at the time, felt like love and rescue. He gave me the love-bombing I mistook for healing—the kind of attention that made me feel seen for the first time. I stayed for years, trying to keep everything together for the sake of my family. I thought that if I just tried hard enough, things would eventually get better.

It took me three decades, a therapist’s simple question—“Did you feel loved as a child?”—and countless nights of crying, journaling, driving aimlessly, and rediscovering myself, to finally realize:
I was never broken—just buried beneath the pain I’d normalized.

I’ve lost over 100 pounds, reclaimed my identity, and reconnected with my inner child—the girl who was always wise, intuitive, creative, and deeply loving. The girl who was waiting to be nurtured. That healing brought me back to life. And now, I help others do the same.

    • Managing Triggers: Learn tools to recognize and regulate emotional triggers with compassion, so they no longer control your responses or drain your energy.

    • Healing Through Awareness: Develop greater emotional awareness and understand how your trauma shaped your patterns, beliefs, and reactions. Awareness is the first step to freedom.

    • Reclaiming Emotional Safety: Explore how to create internal emotional safety through grounded practices, so you can respond instead of react—and move through life with clarity and intention.

    • Breaking Free from Emotional Conditioning: Begin unraveling the psychological patterns (like guilt, confusion, and self-blame) that were rooted in survival, and replace them with truth, stability, and self-trust.

    • Nervous System Support: Learn how to calm your body’s stress response and feel safe in your own skin again, especially after long-term hypervigilance or anxiety.

    • Daily Rituals for Wellness: Incorporate healing practices like meditation, moon rituals, crystal work, or journaling to support your mind, body, and spirit.

My Mission

I created Healing with Light, Love, & Luna to be the safe space I once needed—a place where you can speak your truth, cry without shame, laugh while healing, and learn how to trust yourself again. I specialize in helping clients recover from narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma, emotional neglect, and toxic relationships.

My coaching blends holistic tools with deep emotional awareness. That includes one-on-one sessions, group classes, emergency support, and personalized healing tools like intention-based crystal bracelets.

I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in trauma-informed, soul-centered growth that lasts.

What sets me apart?

I’ve lived this. I don’t just coach from training—I coach from experience. From the heartbreak of being silenced, to the freedom of finding my voice. From the fear of letting go, to the power of finally choosing myself.
I’m not here to save you—I’m here to stand beside you as you save yourself.
